Crème de la crème

Feeling very inspired to mix sleek pencil skirts with knitted sweaters thanks to the awesome street style photos from this year’s Fall 2012 RTW fashion weeks. I’ve had this cream pleather one for years and have been tempted a numerous amount of times to toss it but once again the inner hoarder voice prevails and I am glad it did, especially thankful since it has that sultry front thigh high split.

Boyfriend Blue

 

Really loving baggy boyfriend jeans at the moment, pairing it with a worn safari blazer to keep in line with a utilitarian theme but to compensate for the masculine shape I have added some glamour with an silk/mesh shirt, embellished choker & strappy stilettos.

I bought the choker from the Nice antique market, it was love at first sight.

Fall Noir

Welcoming autumn with my favourite all black. The key to keeping a black (or mono-colour) ensemble interesting is to mix in different textures to create a three dimensional look, I’ve used a patterned high waist midi pencil skirt, a knitted sweater and suede motorcycle jacket. Then accessorized with strappy stiletto heels and a leather hand bag.

Nice and Easy

When a knitted tank, camel wide legged pants, celine-esque tote, pointy heeled pumps and tortoise shell cat eye sunglasses are thrown together we get a simple yet effective ensemble.
